Oh my goodness Atlantia-based rock band glimmers have just released an acoustic version of their song Not Good At Goodbyes featuring Nick Pena of lostbody and it is just beautiful, I have been listening to it ever since it came across my desk. Emo fans…sad music fans…everybody…this is the song to hear… “In honor of Valentine’s Day, we decided to release an acoustic version of our latest single ‘Not Good at Goodbyes,’” says vocalist Maggie Schneider. “When we were first producing this song, we thought this track could go one of two ways: a full band anthem or an emo acoustic ballad. Since I wrote the song on my acoustic guitar in my bedroom, we thought it would be fun to show both sides of this story. We really hope people connect with it!” “No Good at Goodbyes” was originally released alongside the first in a series of cinematic music videos that follow a couple through the highs and lows of a relationship. The track would sound right at home in a coming-of-age movie, telling the story of a relationship on the brink of collapse.
