Extreme Thing Festival Returns in 2027 After Ten-Year Break

The highly anticipated ‘Extreme Thing’ festival is set to make its grand return after a decade-long hiatus, scheduled for March 20th, 2027, at the Events Center at Desert Breeze in Las Vegas, NV. This iconic festival, which beautifully merges extreme sports with punk, hardcore, and metal music, is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Brian Saliba, the festival’s organizer, expressed his excitement, stating, “‘Extreme Thing’ has always been more than a festival, it’s a piece of Las Vegas history. Bringing it back for the 25th anniversary means reuniting the generations who grew up with Extreme Thing, while introducing an entirely new generation to the music, energy, and culture that made it a Las Vegas icon.”

While the lineup for this year has yet to be revealed, Blackpath Booking, known for its connections in the hardcore and metal scenes, will be handling the bookings. Interestingly, members of The Ghost Inside have shown enthusiasm about the festival’s return, hinting at possible involvement.
