Three-time Grammy-nominated band SPIRITBOX has just dropped their latest single, “Mourning,” available now via Pale Chord / Rise Records. This emotionally charged track marks the band’s first new release since their acclaimed sophomore album, “Tsunami Sea,” and offers fans a fresh glimpse into their evolving sound.

Frontwoman Courtney LaPlante’s haunting vocals take center stage, flowing over atmospheric production that transitions from delicate to powerful. The song showcases a more subdued side of SPIRITBOX while still maintaining the dynamic contrasts that fans have come to love.

Accompanying the single is a visually striking official music video co-directed by guitarist Mike Stringer and Alex Bemis. The video departs from the stark aesthetics of the “Tsunami Sea” era, immersing viewers in vibrant outdoor landscapes and featuring a mysterious hooded figure that adds an intriguing layer to the visuals.

Following a successful North American tour with EVANESCENCE, SPIRITBOX will head to Europe this September for their “Tsunami Sea” tour, featuring JINJER and DYING WISH. The band is also set to perform with METALLICA at Mohegan Sun Arena in November, before wrapping up the year with appearances at the Good Things festival in Australia.
