High Parasite Unleashes New Single ‘The Screams That Come’

High Parasite, the innovative U.K. band led by former My Dying Bride vocalist Aaron Stainthorpe, has just dropped their latest standalone single, “The Screams That Come.” Released via Spinefarm, this track showcases the band’s unique blend of gothic elements and catchy melodies, a style they refer to as “death pop.” Produced by Gregor Mackintosh of Paradise Lost, the single is accompanied by a captivating visualizer.

Fans can catch High Parasite live at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, where they will be sharing the stage with Swedish doom legends Candlemass as part of the London Metalfest 2026. Additionally, the band will host a signing session at Raven Records in Camden at 7:30 p.m., giving fans a chance to connect with the group.

Stainthorpe expressed his excitement about the new music, stating, “We walk a shadowy, sometimes twisted path between gothic and catchy hooks.
