Martin Shkreli’s one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album Once Upon A Time In Shaolin has been sold by the United States government, per the US Attorney’s Office. “The contract of sale contains a confidentiality provision that protects information relating to the buyer and price,” reads a press release from the Department Of Justice.

Wu-Tang Clan associate Grant Williams, who spent the last 23 years in prison after being wrongly convicted of murder, has finally been exonerated. The New York Times reports that Williams’ conviction has been vacated following a review of the case by Staten Island District Attorney Michael E. McMahon’s Conviction Integrity Review Unit, which identified several witnesses who did not testify at Williams’ trial who were able to prove his innocence.

When Buffalo’s Griselda Records team first came to national prominence, they were allied with the New Jersey rap enigma Mach-Hommy. Somewhere in there, though, there was a rift of some kind, and Mach-Hommy stopped working with his Griselda peers. In the past few years, Griselda and Mach-Hommy have both risen steadily upwards, but they’ve done it separately. Yesterday, though, Griselda leader Westside Gunn released his “EasterGunn Day 4 Freestyle,” a nine-minute track where he raps with Mach-Hommy for the first time in four years.

This past weekend, as previously announced, longtime Wu-Tang Clan comrades Raekwon and Ghostface Killah went head-to-head in the latest battle from Swizz Beatz and Timbaland’s pandemic institution Verzuz. It was made for a fun heartwarming spectacle — two old friends bantering back and forth, rapping immortal tracks at each other. Fellow Wu-Tang friends like RZA, Cappadonna, and Inspectah Deck made guest appearances. (You can catch the replay here.) When the show was over, Verzuz announced that it had more battles on deck.
