Titled The Mandrake Project, this release will combine a heavy metal sound with a unique multimedia experience, including a 12-issue adult comic book series published by Z2 Comics.

Bruce shared that the album is ‘heavy as s***,’ showcasing his evolution as an artist while exploring themes of science, the occult, and human souls. He mentioned that the project has been in the works for nearly two decades, originally starting as a single comic to promote his music.

Most of the album was recorded at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 with producer Brendan Duffey, featuring contributions from Dickinson’s touring band. Fans can expect a taste of the new music this year, with several videos planned for release soon. Additionally, the album will include a collaboration with his son, Austin Dickinson, adding a personal touch to this highly anticipated project.
