Mark Osegueda Praises Kerry King as a Wonderful Collaborator

In a recent chat with Extreminal Metal TV, Mark Osegueda, the frontman of DEATH ANGEL, opened up about his experience working alongside SLAYER’s legendary guitarist Kerry King in King’s solo project. Mark expressed his admiration for Kerry, stating, “He’s pretty wonderful. I consider him one of my dearest friends.”

Despite Kerry’s tough exterior, Mark emphasized that working in a band with him reveals a different side. “He’s absolutely hilarious and has an insane work ethic. Once you crack that exterior, he’s just as social and funny as anyone you’d ever meet,” he explained.

Mark’s enthusiasm for being part of Kerry’s band is palpable, especially after the release of King’s debut solo album, From Hell I Rise, in May 2024. The album showcases the hard work and dedication that went into its creation, with Mark highlighting the incredible recording experience at Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles.
