Little Angels Unveil ‘Big Bad & Back EP’ After 32 Years

Legendary U.K. hard rock band Little Angels is set to release their highly anticipated Big Bad & Back EP on November 6, marking their first new material in over three decades. The band, featuring the original lineup of vocalist Toby Jepson, guitarist Bruce Dickinson, keyboardist Jim Dickinson, bassist Mark Plunkett, and drummer Mark Richardson, is excited to bring fresh sounds to their loyal fans.

This new chapter for Little Angels was ignited by the success of their upcoming tour, which has fans buzzing and tickets flying off the shelves. The band admits that while creating new music wasn’t initially in their plans, the momentum from the tour inspired them to write and record again. Jepson shared, “We would never make a new record unless we felt we still had something to say… and it turns out we do.”

Recorded in Lincolnshire, the EP captures the essence of their classic rock roots, with the band emphasizing the importance of live jamming during the creative process. The mixing was handled by Mike Fraser, known for his work with Aerosmith and Bon Jovi, ensuring the spirit of their earlier albums resonates throughout the new tracks.

The Big Bad & Back EP features five tracks, including “Hero (That Was Then, This Is Now)” and “All For One.” As they prepare to hit the stage again, Little Angels is ready to remind fans why they were one of the defining hard rock bands of the late ’80s and early ’90s.
