DISTURBED guitarist Dan Donegan has officially sold his stunning home in Orland Park, Illinois, for a cool $1.575 million. The sale took place on July 21, just a few months after he purchased the 7,000-square-foot property for $1.3 million in March 2023.
In a heartfelt message shared on social media, Donegan expressed his reasons for selling, stating, “I’m selling my home!!!!!! 3 yrs was enough for me & it’s time to move on. Lots of great memories & parties here but I’m going back to the OG & those backyard parties. 10 minutes away, lol!” He plans to split his time between Homer Glen, Illinois, and Sarasota, Florida, embracing a new chapter in his life.
Donegan, who has been open about his personal life, recently released the song “Don’t Tell Me” on DISTURBED’s 2022 album, “Divisive.” This track, featuring HEART’s Ann Wilson, marked a significant collaboration for the band. Reflecting on his divorce, he noted that the song captures the emotional complexity of such experiences.
As DISTURBED takes a break in 2026, fans are left eagerly anticipating what’s next for the band. For now, Donegan is focused on his new adventures in Florida while still holding onto his Illinois roots.
