Neil Young Returns to the Stage with Willie Nelson in September

In an exciting announcement for fans, Neil Young is set to hit the road again this September. After a year-long hiatus, Young will perform two special shows alongside the legendary Willie Nelson. The concerts are scheduled for September 22 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and September 24 in Philadelphia, with both events featuring Ty Myers as the opening act.

This marks a significant return for Young, who had previously canceled all of his 2026 European tour dates. In a heartfelt message, he expressed his love for performing live, stating, “I do love playing LIVE and being with you and the Chrome Hearts.” Fans can look forward to these performances, which will be the first full concerts for Young and his band since last year.

Additionally, on September 18, Young will release a new album titled Second Song, recorded at Malibu’s Shangri-La Studios. The Chrome Hearts, featuring drummer Anthony LeGerfo, bassist Corey McCormick, guitarist Micah Nelson, and keyboardist Spooner Oldham, will accompany him on this album.
