California’s own In This Moment is back with a powerful message and a new album! The band has officially announced their ninth studio album, titled Witch, set to drop on August 28. This highly anticipated release follows their 2023 album Godmode and showcases the band’s signature blend of intensity and introspection.

Leading the charge is the newly released single, ‘Crawl,’ which serves as a fierce anti-abuser anthem. Frontwoman Maria Brink describes the track as a reckoning, emphasizing that those who inflict pain will ultimately face the consequences of their actions. Guitarist Chris Howorth adds that ‘Crawl’ is a visceral commentary on the historical abuse of power, empowering listeners to stand up and fight back.

The album features 11 tracks, including collaborations with Dayseeker and Kim Dracula, as well as a cover of Pink Floyd’s iconic ‘Another Brick In The Wall,’ featuring Kat Von D. Brink explains that Witch represents her journey of inner transformation and the power of creation.
