Blood Of The Earth, the sludge/doom metal collective featuring Jeff Golden (ex-Crowbar, Thy Will Be Done) and Katie Golden (ex-The Convalescence), has just dropped their new single, ‘Petrichor.’ This track is part of their upcoming EP, ‘Beneath A Sky That Breaks,’ set to release on October 23rd.

The song ‘Petrichor’ showcases the band’s evolution, beginning with Jeff’s initial riffs sent to Katie while she was in Texas. Katie crafted the foundation by programming drums and adding keys, transforming the original ideas into a haunting and atmospheric piece. Vocal contributions from J. Costa of Thy Will Be Done further elevate the track, creating a rich tapestry of sound.
