Maynard James Keenan, the dynamic frontman of Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer, has recently undergone hip surgery but remains determined to hit the road this fall. On August 26th, Keenan shared the news of his surgery following a hip injury sustained during A Perfect Circle’s European tour.

Despite the challenges, Keenan is committed to honoring all his upcoming tour dates. In a candid social media post, he expressed the urgency of his situation, stating, “Cancelling isn’t an option. People have purchased tickets and booked travel & lodging, most of which is probably nonrefundable.” With a packed schedule ahead, he’s gearing up for approximately 27 shows across 18 countries.

Fans can catch Keenan and his bands starting September 19th at Riot Fest in Chicago, followed by performances at Louder Than Life in Louisville and a series of European dates with Puscifer. The fall tour promises to be an exhilarating experience, showcasing the incredible talent of this rock icon.
