These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iRockNashville.com website, live radio stream, Progressive Web App (“PWA”), native Android application, audio player, voting and interactive features, notifications, and related digital services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

iRockNashville.com is operated by Emerging Business & Development Services (EBDS).

By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. About iRockNashville.com

iRockNashville.com is an independent digital radio and media platform providing streaming music, music-related content, Nashville and regional entertainment information, interactive listener features, artist promotion, and related digital services.

The station’s programming may include rock, alternative, indie, pop, classic material, local and independent artists, and other music selected as part of the station’s broad-format programming philosophy.

Programming, features, schedules, content, and availability may change at any time.

2. Eligibility and Appropriate Use

The Services are intended for users who are legally permitted to access them in their jurisdiction.

4. Streaming Audio

iRockNashville.com provides live streaming audio for personal, noncommercial listening.

Streaming availability is not guaranteed. Playback may be interrupted or unavailable because of internet connectivity, maintenance, licensing restrictions, service-provider outages, technical failures, geographic limitations, or other circumstances outside our control.

We may change stream providers, formats, bitrates, programming, or other technical components without notice.

5. Background Playback and Media Controls

The Android application may support background playback, notification controls, lock-screen controls, Bluetooth controls, vehicle media systems, and other device-integrated playback features.

These functions depend partly on the Android operating system, device manufacturer, battery-management settings, connected hardware, and third-party components. We cannot guarantee identical behavior on every device.

6. Music and Mature Content

Some songs or programming carried by iRockNashville.com may contain strong language, mature themes, sexual references, references to drugs or alcohol, or other material some listeners may consider inappropriate.

Although radio edits may be used where appropriate and programming practices may vary by time of day, iRockNashville.com does not guarantee that all content will be suitable for every listener.

7. Music Rights and Ownership

Google does not operate iRockNashville.com and is not responsible for station programming, content, streaming, sponsorships, or other Services provided by iRockNashville.com or EBDS.

12. Advertising and Sponsorship

The Services may display advertising, sponsorship messages, promotional placements, or acknowledgments of businesses or organizations supporting iRockNashville.com.

Advertising may be provided directly by iRockNashville.com or through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
