CKY Releases Tribute Track Featuring Late Brent Hinds’ Guitar Solo

CKY has unveiled a poignant tribute to their late friend Brent Hinds with the release of their new track, “Beware Of The Heartless.” This song features a guest guitar solo from Hinds, who tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident on August 20, 2025.

Originally, CKY and Hinds were set to tour the UK and Ireland together last fall, alongside Hinds’ band, Fiend Without A Face. Vocalist and guitarist Chad I Ginsburg expressed the band’s desire to honor Hinds’ memory by sharing this track, stating, “We were reminded that it was a year since our friend Brent passed away. I want to let go of it and give it to everyone.” This heartfelt release marks the second CKY song to feature Hinds’ guitar work, following 2017’s “Days Of Self Destruction.”

CKY is gearing up for several upcoming shows, including a stop in Murfreesboro, TN, at Hop Springs on October 14. Fans can look forward to an emotional performance as the band continues to celebrate Hinds’ legacy.
